Provincial Nominees

Each Canadian Province is given annually several thousand “nominee certificates” to support applications for permanent residence, to allocate as they see fit.  The Province of Quebec’s system is unique – it operates its own Immigration system and has one hundred percent control over Immigration into that Province.

Each province operates several small nominee programs, opening and closing at varying times throughout the year, with requirements that may vary from one year to the next.

We have over 50 years of experience in representing clients from over 70 countries.  We have an excellent reputation at the Board, and are certified as Immigration Specialists by The Law Society of Upper Canada.  Our success is as a result of thorough preparation for each case
